Returns Policy

Shipping Duration:

1. The shipping details for each individual product is mentioned on the product detail page. Depending on the products in your cart, your shipment may be split into two packages and shipping dates may vary. For the final shipping date of your order, please refer to the shipping details section on your cart page.

2. All our products are shipped out between 1 - 10 working days depending on the products. In situations beyond BestFor India control, there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, BestFor India will ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe.

Shipping Charges:

1. Free Shipping within India - for orders above Rs. 1,000. Shipping charge for orders within India and below Rs. 1,000 is Rs 75 per order.

Orders & Returns/Exchange:

1. Please make an unboxing video while opening the product packaging, so that it can be used as visual evidence in case of any issue.

2. Please inform us within 72 hours after delivery in case any short, defect & damaged.

3. Please let us know if the product you have received is damaged in any way.

4. In the case of any manufacturing defect, the product can be returned or replaced.

5. A valid reason will be needed to return the delivered product in any case.

6. If there are any issues with your product, you can raise a refund, replacement or exchange request within 72 hours of receiving the product.

7. In case you refuse the COD order at the time of delivery, you won’t be allowed to order anything in the future for 1 month. Once order schedule for dispatched, It’s can’t be an option for cancel.

8. All orders process every day in the morning for dispatch except Sunday & holiday.

9. In the case of unresponsiveness from your side, your COD order might be cancelled and you will have to place a new order again.

10. Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with

11. Product must be in perfect condition

12. Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality.

13. Refunds will only be processed for damaged or defective products in the Bestfor wallet. Please note the shipping charge of Rs. 75 where applicable will not be refunded.

14. For prepaid orders, in case of order cancellations or orders that go to abandoned cart, refund will be processed back to the same payment method via the payment gateway. Timeline for same would be 5-7 working days.

15. In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of refund through BestFor coupons, which can be used during future purchases.

16. Once you have requested for a return/ exchange the product will be collected within 7 working days

17. If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised and packed securely to prevent any damage during transit

Successful pick-up of the product is subject to the following conditions being met:

1. Correct and complete product (with the original brand, article number, undetached MRP tag, product’s original packaging, freebies and accessories)

2. The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears or holes and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/ warranty seals (wherever applicable)

Returns/Exchange will not be accepted under the following conditions:

1. Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.

2. Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged

3. Serial Number is tampered with.

4. Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty.

5. Product is used or altered.

6. If the request is initiated after 3 business days of order delivery.

7. Free product provided by the brand.

Categories not eligible for Return:

1. Cosmetic Products cannot be returned since they are available during select promotions and ordered on demand.

2. Personal care appliances, undergarments & Jewellery cannot be returned due to hygiene issues

I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

1. Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund.

If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 3 days of receiving the order:

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (support@bestfor.in) within 3 business days of receiving the order.

Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

Step 3: We will pick up the products within 5-7 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Step 4: If you don’t like any product and want to return/replace/refund then you will have to dispatch at our warehouse and We will not bear shipping charges.

Note: Replacement of any same/similar color product is subjected to the availability in stock. If replacing the product is not available in any rare case, your full amount will be refunded.


1. The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.

2. BestFor India reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

Cash On Delivery:

1. To avail COD Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for COD.

2. In case your pin code is not serviceable

3. You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery

4. If the product or packaging has been tampered with, do not accept the order

5. No credit/debit cards are accepted at the door under the Cash on Delivery method
